On March 7, 2008, the two remaining democratic candidates made appearances in Casper prior to the state caucus. Barack held a well organized Town Hall at the Casper Recreation Center in the afternoon. Due to high school baseketball tournaments, the Events Center was not available. That evening Clinton held a rally at Casper College.
